Kate began her real estate career in 2002, quickly segueing from residential sales to retail development with the renowned group at Jeffrey R Anderson Real Estate. From commercial development and tenant representation, Kate has also worked with the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business Real Estate Center and Hamilton County Development Center's Economic Development Center. After rejoining Comey & Shepherd in 2014, Kate catapulted to the top 5% of realtors® in the Greater Cincinnati MLS region by 2015 and has maintained that position to this day. Kate has been a resident of Cincy's Northside neighborhood since 2000 and continues to work with community leaders to make it an ideal place place to live, work and play.
